But when trying to apply similar techniques to vysochennym tower - is not always good. Let's mention the controversial project outside the building-the mill.

Philips has decided that the function of collecting light and water must be evenly distributed throughout the external walls. Do not need no pool on the roof or the huge windmills in the arches, do not obscure the facades of solar panels, or waste precious internal volume of the tower at supersistemy storage and distribution of energy.

All this should ensure every square meter of wall, which, according to the intent of the Dutch should be something like a skin, a living organism or cell membrane.
